Mount House and Gardens will open for weddings summer 2009
A beautiful Georgian House with stunning gardens just 50mins from south Dublin. The Storehouse party room can cater for up to 60 people or alternatively a marquee for larger groups can be arranged on the lawn exclusively yours for your special day.
Mount House built circa 1870 offers you simply the most romantic setting for your wedding day. Overlooking the Wicklow Hills with wonderful views of Mount Leinster in the distance 200year old Beech Trees surround a simply stunning garden with rhododendrons, magnolias, camellias, a rose garden and stone fountain to name a few of the delights for thoses all important photographs.
Family run each wedding is tailor made for you and nothing is too much trouble to ensure that your day is extra special. Each room is comfortably furnished with many antiques but does not compromise on modern day comforts sky tv and broadband are available for thoses who just can’t leave the outside world behind.
The main house sleeps 10 with five doubles and there are three twin suites in the courtyard.The storehouse party room can accommodate up to 60 for your wedding day or alternatively we can arrange a Marquee on the lawn for larger parties.
