Cloud Nine Stationery is the brain child of Karen Madsen who noticed a gap in the market for Vintage style stationery that could be reproduced digitally and therefore at a reasonable price.
Karen is a graphic designer with 10 years experience in publishing, brand and corporate design. “I realised that there wasn’t much on the market for people that didn’t like hand-made, ribbons and bows type stationery”. She also works in the entertainment industry producing and choreographing alternative cabaret events. “Most of my influence comes from 1920-1950s fashions.
I use alot of pattern in my design and mix it with contemporary colours.” Karen also custom designs stationery at a very reasonable price. Cloud Nine are expanding and will soon offer a vintage make-up service. Watch this space…
