Jewellery designer, Maureen Lynch, has created a collection of contemporary engagement and wedding rings. The range, which fuses the traditional and modern, continues the themes of form, finish and elegant simplicity synonymous with Maureen Lynch jewellery. There are a variety of engagement and wedding ring designs in the collection, from a traditional circular shape with an emerald cut diamond, to more modern elliptical and square forms with hidden diamonds. The rings, which can be worn separately or together, are available in 18 carat white gold, 18 carat yellow gold or platinum.
The collection is inspired by Maureen’s dedication to creating wearable jewellery. On meeting the client, Maureen will create a ring that is perfectly in tune with the client’s style and personality. This couture service takes approximately six weeks and results in a ring that is unique, personal and timeless. Using the highest quality metals and diamonds, this new engagement and wedding ring collection reflects the Maureen Lynch trademark of understated and restrained luxury.
Commenting on the collection Maureen said, ‘Engagement and wedding rings are for the long term. My style is pared back, honest and restrained. I am aiming for comfort, simplicity and timelessness.’
Maureen Lynch’s collection of contemporary jewellery has been in production for over a decade. A graduate of craft design from NCAD, specialising in silverwork, she subsequently trained with master goldsmiths in Canada and Denmark. Her fine silver and gold jewellery combines simplicity with timelessness.
The rings are presented in a hand turned yew wooden box. Maureen is available for consultations by appointment only at her studio in The Old Firestation, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.
