Since 1986, Father Pat has conducted an independent wedding ministry from The Oratory, Larne, Co.Antrim, Northern Ireland. Generally, Bishop Pat has become the ''unofficial chaplain' to disaffected and alienated Catholics and Christians, and others, from all over Ireland and further afield.
