Thumbs down Worst hen package ever

Recently went on a Hen night to Edinburgh. 14 of us went we used a company called RED SEVEN. what was offered on the package was not what we got.
trying to contact the same person within the company was impossible
Three names were missing of the itinery and was only confirmed on the morning that we were leaving for the airport. There was a delay of an hour and a half before we were collected from the Airport, the jurney was an hour and 20 minutes long not 45minutes as we had been told. we were expecting to go for a meal the second night of the stay and we found out 3 days before hand that this wasnt part of the package at all. when we arrivved for the pole dancing we were expecting vodka shots on arrival we didint get them, were were also given free passes to the night clubs for first night but ladies were free anyway, we were expecting a vip lounge with champagne and cocktails in the night club on the second night but we were not booked in according to the night club, and they dont do that with RED SEVEN they only reseve a section untill 10 O'Clock. All we got for our money was flights and accomodation in a B&B(clean but most definatly not modern by any streach of the imagination the reception desk was a glorified broom cupboard) and a 2 hour pole dancing and lapdancing session. 14 girls 1 instructor and 1 pole. on the plus lapdancing did have the desired effect when i got home

Bloody hell! That must have ruined the whole event for you all. Could you take any action against the company or get your money back? Sounds to me if the product advertised wasn't delivered, you have a right to a refund! It's good you shared that info here, so nobody else goes with them. Did you decide on a second hen celebration to make up for it?
