Where to get shoes covered in the Midlands??!

Hi

My sister is getting married in 5 weeks and myself and her best friend are bridesmaids. We're wearing black and I have shoes that I need to get covered to match. I thought I had someone to do them but apparently he only sends shoes off to be dyed. Does anyone know anywhere in the country that will do this and how long would it take??
