I decided to use this 'system 10' weight loss programme after searching around partly in desperation and partly knowing that i need to start looking after myself better.

So the good news is i have lost 6lbs in the last two weeks by using it and yes i know that the weight tends to fall off faster in the beginning but i have high hopes for this system.

Will keep you all informed [whether you want me to or not lol]as i strive to reach my goal of fitting into my wedding dress.

pauline evertime you log into this website system 10 real weight loss is advertised on the little boxes on the right hand side, just click into it or google system 10 real weight loss,

I joined Unislim 7 months ago and have lost almost 3 stone now. The class is brilliant. Leader is great. I tried WW a few years ago and it didn't work. I think you need to have a good class that suits you and be motivated as well. Good luck to ye all with your method. Never heard of system10.
