Hi, am trying my best to lose my last 20lbs (okay only 14 needed to go, but id prefer 20), anyways, any advice really appreciated! Am watchin my diet..naturally,just in from a 6km run (more like slow jog and hard work) in woods and off to gym now for cross trainer! I'm doin my squats, lunges, crunches and push ups every day and have my weights bench almost ready to go....(waitin on help from fiance to finish it). Any advice on what i can do to sped up things and feel great about myself and look toned again...??? I have never been a size 8, and while would love to be, its unrealistic, just want to be a toned 10 again. Its not just for my wedding, its what i want anyways. So...any help or suggestions...please pass em on!

ps. did use to be fit, but got very sick and hence the spare tyres etc etc now
